I put these tires on my 2005 VW Jetta in September and had a small accident in March which disabled my car for a few months. I decided to rotate the tires, only around 8,000 miles on them and the fronts were bald and the backs like new. I have never seen any thing like this before and I'm a car guy. So I called the Discount Tire where I bought them and they bought Tire Rack and no longer sold tires on-line only at stores. Now the warranty is now Tire Rack, not Discount Tire Online. Tire Rack requires more documentation, must have documentation of tire rotation every 7,000 miles and car mileage at mounting written on invoice. Don't have that, then you get 20% off a new set of tires. I have bought 40 tires from Discount Tire On-line and had a few problems. But never required documentation from Discount Tire on of rotation and milage when installed, this is Tire Rack not Discount Tire. I'm sure that discount Tire can not buy a company and transfer their warranty to a subsituary with different practices. Sounds like a class action suit to me!
