The run-flat design on select sizes of the Cinturato P7 features a reinforced sidewall to support a vehicle's entire weight, enabling a driver to keep going up to 50 miles even after a loss of inflation pressure. The four wide grooves of the Cinturato P7 help to resist hydroplaning, and its compact center block and reinforced shoulders give it excellent cornering ability.
