SimpleTire’s view on Nitto Mud Grappler tires
Nitto designed the Mud Grappler with the drivers who want to conquer any terrain, and the Mud Grappler is ideal for light truck drivers who spend their free time off-road. Featuring a high void ratio between the tread blocks to clear mud and dirt, it strengthens traction, the Mud Grappler’s 3-ply polyester construction helps it to resist punctures from rocks, twigs, and other off-road hazards. Ebedded with stone and mud ejectors within the tread, this tire stays clean helping in great traction, while added sipes help prevent cracking so that the tire has a longer lifespan.
This is a solid mud terrain tire but if you compare it with Yokohama Geolandar M/T G003, you get increased traction and durability at a lesser price while compromising a little on tread life.
Vehicles the Nitto Mud Grappler is a good replacement tire for
This tire is an ideal choice for a wide range of vehicles on roads ranging from Jeeps, pickup trucks, full-size SUVs, and crossovers.
