These tires do not balance and will have a vibration no matter what. I got the first set and they shook like crazy. Kanati warrantied them and the 2nd set still shake, just not as bad. I love the Kanati Trail Hog but stay away from this junk.

Good go,a great tire for all round hwy tread wear, off road and superb load range safety, and not too noisy, they wear well, I've had them since July 2022, now July 2023, I will get them again however, due to good wear and strong tire they will last a while , a great choice of tire, thanks again ,,,JarradJ
These tires are incredible! I have a 3500 SRW truck that pulls a 16,000lbs trailer (maybe 5,000lbs payload), that I need to use around the Ranch (off-road) and also to roll down the highway (loaded for long distances), so I need a good tread pattern for mud, that is able to withstand debris (sharp rocks, downed tree limbs, etc.) but will also have decent highway manners and durability. While on a long trip (before I got the Armor Hogs), fully loaded, I had a failed tire that did about $6,000 worth of damage to the truck. After an extensive search for an acceptable replacement tire, I stumbled across the Armor Hog ATX on Simple Tire. There was not much of info on reliability, tread wear, ride, etc. that I could find around the internet, but they are load range F and were very reasonably priced compared to the other tires I was considering. I decided to pull the trigger. I'm so glad that I did! These tires are about as close to a solid tire that you can get! The side walls are impressively thick, the tread is about the perfect pattern to provide great off-road traction on slippery surfaces, yet still have a relatively smooth ride on the highway. A drawback they do have (if you view it as a drawback) is they hold 96psi cold, and in my case I have to put at least 85psi in them otherwise they feel a bit "wiggley" at speed. Once I got the pressure "right" I was able to complete my longest trip of the year (1200 mi), during the hottest time of the year (98F+), fully loaded and they performed fantastic! I haven't had them long enough to honestly comment on the tread wear, but after about 4,000+ miles under load they still look brand new, whereas my Transforce and Cooper tires would have already started to show a good amount of wear. The wet traction on the street seems good when not loaded, though they are just a little less planted than the other brands I've used, probably because they are very stiff, due to the build quality and the amount of pressure I run in them. The Armor Hogs are definitely going to be my tire again when it is time to replace this set!! I highly recommend them!
These tires are mounted on a ram 3500 that mostly carries a 3k lb truck camper, hence the need for a 12 ply F rated tire. I have not had the opportunity to drive in snow or ice yet so will update after I do. So far the tires perform better than expected, road grip on dry pavement is excellent as is loose gravel and off-road. Grip on wet pavement is good. They are surprisingly quiet for an aggressive tread. The ride in the truck without a load is harsh as would be expected from such a stiff sidewall. With a load, they feel confident and responsive. The tire shop had a hard time balancing two of the 4 tires delivered, he took them off and reinstalled on the rim twice to try to get them right. He said they were very difficult and so put those two on the rear wheels. The other two balanced out fine. He used traditional lead weights and not beads which he said may be what the two difficult tires need. So far I am pleased with these tires. They exceed my expectations.
