Yes, the Cosmo CT519T tire can be used year-round thanks to it four deep grooves and a dense network of sipes that provide great wet or dry traction. CT519T tires are not Three Peak Mountain Snowflake certified, so they should not be used in moderate to severe winter weather conditions.
